The first pillar of indomitable self-confidence lies in our cognition. This is the story we tell ourselves and how our thoughts interact with the raw data of the world around us. As soon as we start being able to separate our thoughts from the inputs we receive and make a choice around how we think about things, we begin to tap into unlimited potential. Our feelings make up the second pillar, brothers. I want you to understand that self-confidence relates to the way we handle our emotions and indomitable self-confidence means the strength to handle any emotions that arise in us. It\'s okay to feel sad or angry or joyous, but when you face the array of emotions you experience with the knowledge that it is under your control, those emotions lose their ability to run your life.  The final pillar of this idea of indomitable self-confidence is around your actions. I have spoken about actions many times before and today is no different, it is how you show up, set boundaries, and follow through on your intentions. By standing strong in these three pillars we access courage we may not have known we had!
