In this chapter we learn how the infamous "Steele Dossier" was used to apply for a FISA warrant to investigate Trump campaign worker Carter Page.  In earlier chapters we learned that the Steele Dossier was a politically motivated report funded by the Democratic Party and contained second hand unverified information. Chapter five reveals the first FISA application was "inaccurate, incomplete" and filled with "undocumented" information.
