We aren’t always going to be in fabulous moods and sometimes things can get us down, in today’s episode, I share a new way to look at our emotions and share a practice I use in my own life to shift that state so that it benefits me in a new way. Hey, everybody, welcome to the show. This week, we are doing mini additions. So if you listen to yesterday’s episode, I talked about how, when I’m working with my one on one clients, I tend to find that there are similar themes in the issues that everybody comes with. Now, there’s specific issues are specific to them. But there is an underlying theme to just about everybody that comes through. And so I wanted to just touch on each of those, in case it’s something that might be happening in your life. And maybe it will help shift some things for you, too. Alright, so let’s get started. So today, on this mini edition, we’re going to talk about raising our emotional state. Now, this is something that I find, it’s so fascinating, because the more people want things to get better, the more that they would like to see changes in their life, it’s almost like the more they start to notice, when they’re not feeling the way they want to feel, or they’re not getting the thing they want to get. It may be that they’ve really been working on getting into alignment in the morning, getting into a happy place. But then later on in the morning, late morning, or even in the afternoon, they have this drop, and they start to get really concerned about it, like I couldn’t maintain this high vibration, and how do I change that my emotional state, and if something happens, and they allow themselves to get dropped down into something like anxiety, or fear, or depression, or worry, or whatever it is, throughout the day, that’s not where they want to be, then how do they actually start to shift it? Now, one thing that I like to say about this, that I always want to point out, is that you don’t have to shift it’s not you don’t have to shift from, um, you’re not either at pure joy or total anguish, right? If you think of that, like a continuum, there is lots of places on the the emotional guidance scale that moves you up towards joy, or passion or enthusiasm. So you may have started out in joy in the morning, and then all of a sudden, you’re driving to work and your brain starts taking over and you start to worry. So now all of a sudden, you’ve dropped down to worry. So you, you feel this anxiety, because oh my god, now I’m in worry, I was trying to be enjoy. And there’s a lot of pressure in that. So one thing I tell my clients all the time is just relax, you don’t have to be perfect. I go up and down the emotional guidance scale throughout the day. I am aware of it now. And that’s the first step. And then I try to shift myself back to something really high vibration. Now, I will tell you in my own life. And I’ve talked about this on an episode before that my daughter has struggled with depression. And so me being around, and being the caregiver for someone who has depression was causing my emotions to drop down because I was full of worry, and blame and doubt. And I realized that the best way to help her was to keep my vibration high. That’s a story for another podcast. But my point in that is that there is a way if you continue to practice this,
