Political Analysis: Do coalition government require laws to govern them?

With coalition government being our new dawn, it seems we might be faced with coalition governments again in this upcoming elections and considering what's been happening in the metros with mayors being elected and removed maybe we need to consider placing new laws on how to govern the coalition governments that will be formed and seeing that this is not already in place maybe we need to seriously consider having them.
