Psychological Matters: Teen mental health

The 10th of September is World Suicide Day.  According to the South African Depression and Anxiety group 9% of all teen deaths in South Africa are caused by suicide. The fastest growing age is young people under 35, specifically female suicides which peak between 15 to 19 years! This evening on Psychological Matter, we have a look at some of the alarming red flags for teen mental health and how can we assist young people in dealing with issues they struggle to voice out.
