Suicide Squad Game Delayed?
The Batman Universe Podcast - A podcast by The Batman Universe
It has been a couple of slow weeks with news, but there is still plenty to discuss after having a few weeks off. From a new comic series being announced to a new Spotify podcast coming, the biggest news had to be the upcoming Suicide Squad game being delayed. It was an odd time for a delay to happen for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, as the game was only a couple of months from release. Making the situation more questionable was the release of a gameplay trailer and a behind-the-scenes video shortly before the announcement of the delay. The main reason the Suicide Squad game may have been delayed was because of some outrage due to a leak revealing that there would be purchasable elements within the game. In addition to that, we had a new comic series, Batman: The Brave and the Bold, announced along with Spotify announcing a new podcast series featuring the Riddler. We also have some updates for Gunn Watch, including plans for Wonder Woman, Clancy Brown joining the cast of the Penguin series, and James Gunn shutting down more rumors. So join Dustin and Scott as they discuss all of the news and DC Studios updates from the last few weeks on the latest episode of The Batman Universe Podcast.
