HCAHPS = Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems. This is the means by which hospitals are given money and are "rated" on their customer service and overall quality of care for their patients.  Liz and Shaina discuss if this is an appropriate measurement of healthcare providers and the hospital system.
