EP28 Raised to be a hockey star - Andrej Nestrasil

Andrej Nestrasil is a professional Ice Hockey player, he has captained the Czech national team in hockey, played for teams in the NHL in the US, in Russia and now just signed a contract with a top Czech team.   Most of his major achievements have come after a spine injury that would have ended most people‘s career.  But Andrej is cut from a different cloth, he was raised to push harder, he competed against his older brother in everything and his father gave him a lot of tough love, very much a lot of tough love! Andrej told me about the effort it took to get into pro hockey, how he dealt with that career threatening injury, how the hockey world works, the difference between US and Russia and what life will be like after the career ends.
