Claudette used a carnivore diet to lose weight, reduce inflammation and take control of her health. She's paired emotional eating training with a no sugar diet and has managed, for the first time, to keep her weight under 300lbs. She is still working toward her long term weight goals, but losing 100lbs and keeping it off through quarantine is a tremendous feat. More importantly, the diet has improved her health so much so she is able to get knee replacement surgery.
