Fraser Bishop is a former Metropolitan Police Constable who served on the Territorial Support Group and then on the firearms team at Heathrow Airport and was an Operational Firearms Commander for the London Olympics, providing protection to VIP's and helping maintain the integrity of the Olympic Park before moving into an Officer Safety Instructor role instructing conflict management and resolution, self defence and control and restraint. Fraser explains why he left the job after 18 years to pursue a career within the Security Industry and has had some incredibly high profile roles since leaving, including the film industry. He also talks about how LinkedIn and networking have been so important to his progression and career path and also discusses the courses that he picked up whilst in the job that helped him find employment outside and also those he's undertaken since leaving the job.
