Steve is a Military Veteran and former Police Officer who started his career in Leicestershire Police, before transferring to Devon and Cornwall Police. Whilst in D&C Police he became a Security Coordinator and subsequently spent many years as a hostage negotiator. He served 22 years in total but for many reasons, fell out of love with the job with one particular incident becoming his catalyst for a career change. Whilst serving, he created 'Re-Rostered', which was an organisation showcasing a talent pool of Police Officers wanting to transition to new roles. Steve has also forged some exceptional partnerships with regards to Cyber Security training and the massive opportunities that brings.
