On the next part of our Professional Route series we spoke to Sky Sports Golf Presenter and former Ladies European Tour player Inci Mehmet about her golf journey. Inci spoke to us about her time as an amateur and how the opportunity came about through Nike to spend the day with Tiger Woods at the home of golf St. Andrews. We get some great insight into the transition from amateur to professional and the team around Inci at the time, which led to her obtaining an LET Card at the first attempt at Q-School. At the age of 24, Inci has decided to retire from competitive golf and focus on her career in media and is currently working with Sky Sports Golf and we hear all about that decision on the difficult conversations that Inci had to have.This podcast covers everything and it was a pleasure to spend an hour with Inci to discuss all, we hope you enjoy!!Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/the-bogey-boys-golf-podcast.
