Are you serving your clients well in your content? This is something to consider when planning your content. Amber LaShawn joins us to help identify 3 valuable ways to spend your time while planning your content to make it easier, more enjoyable, and better serve your audience. Amber LaShawn is the Founder of Brand Girl Magic, where she leads women on the journey of growing more confident in their business ideas so they can create content that attracts dream customers. She’s spent most of her career helping Major League Baseball players, their wives, and non-profits to build notable brands in the community. Now, she’s built a safe space for women to gain the tools to be independent of a 9 to 5 by building a brand that provides the income they need to live life on their terms. Market Research is Your Best Friend Market research can change so much in how you approach your content creation, plus it’s all right at your fingertips. Two valuable ways to research the market you want to serve include: Facebook Groups: Establish a few keywords that you would use in your business, then search in popular Facebook groups related to your brand to review the questions or pain points that your customers have. Instagram: Pay attention to what people are discussing on Instagram—including on your competitors’ pages. Establish the Foundation of Your Brand The foundation of your brand answers so many questions in regards to how you serve your audience. Ask yourself the following questions: Who are you? What do you do?Who do you serve? What’s their problem? How do you fix their problem? Once you’ve identified the foundation of your brand, you can create content that serves the purpose of your business. Establish Pillars for Your Brand Content pillars are topics you’ll want to discuss based on the problems you find for your clients in your market research. Once you’ve determined your content pillars, you can create content that supports each of them. Educating your clients based on content pillars will help you establish authority in the industry and allows our clients to trust you. Approaching your content creation with these pillars in mind allows you to feed your goals and meet your audience’s needs at the same time. Building trust with your audience while also serving them, allows you to better sell and convert them into paying customers. Serve Your Audience by Solving Their Problems When you avoid selling to your you audience, you’re second guessing your ability to serve them and solve their problems. Your solution to their problems is the simplest form of content creation. In your content creation, continue to highlight the problems they’re facing and be the solution they need to hire.
