Uncle Chaps aka Matthew Cothron is a content creator and podcaster for Barstool Sports where he hosts the military podcast Zero Blog 30. ZBT was started shortly after Chaps arrived to Barstool and has grown over the years to become one of the largest military podcasts in the country. Prior to joining Barstool, Chaps served in the Marine Corps from 2004 until he retired in 2013. He was a dog handler that deployed to Fallujah in 2007 where awarded the Purple Heart following a gunshot wound.
