Will Former Marine Daniel Penny Be Convicted In NYC Subway Death? NYC Councilwoman Vickie Paladino Weighs In
The Breitbart News Daily Podcast - A podcast by SiriusXM

Last year, Jordan Neely, a homeless street performer (and Black, as the media reminds you), intimidated and acted aggressively towards fellow subway passengers in New York City. One of those passengers was Daniel Penny, a former Marine (and White, as the media reminds you), who stepped in and put a chokehold on Neely for about six minutes. Penny says he only wanted to protect fellow passengers and restrain Neely until police arrived. Unfortunately, Neely died, either from the chokehold or other factors as Penny's lawyers argued. Whatever the cause, the Manhattan DA's office charged Penny with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. There are many factors involved in this case: the right to self defense vs the amount of necessary force to defend youself; mental illness; homelessness; public safety; and, last but certainly not least to the Left...race. Did Penny kill Neely because Neely is Black? Should Penny go to jail? NYC Councilwoman Vickie Paladino, a Republican and one of the few reasonable voices on the NYC Council, attended closing arguments in the case and tells you what she thinks the verdict should be.
