ISO 9001 - be careful, it’s not written for your success!

Many companies are either certified to ISO 9001, or at least have implemented the requirements. Most, don’t see or realise the complete value from it though. This is because, the standard is not written for our success - it’s written for our non-failure. Understanding this, can start to open the door to being able to grow brilliant business’ - using this great framework. Enjoy!
