MEAT Wisconsin: Some of the Best Brats in the State (and we’re 3 years old!)

Eric welcomes Josh Ostermann and Michelle Gormican Thompson from the Wisconsin Counties Association back into The Cabin for some frank discussion all about Wisconsin Brats (short for “bratwurst,” which is German means “frying sausage”) – including where to find some of the best ones at markets across the state. We also marvel at the fact that The Cabin is now three years old, but we promise we’re not throwing any tantrums or getting into mischief. Probably.
