Kathy Tuccaro's Incredible Journey

Becoming a Cat heavy equipment operator changed Kathy Tuccaro's life, and in fact may've saved it. The Quebec native is one of the few female machine operators working in the Canadian oil sands today. It's the least interesting thing about Tuccaro's life. Her story is one of survival after years of family trauma and abuse which led to addiction and homelessness. Tuccaro tells Beyond The Iron podcast host Rusty Dunn about her incredible journey overcoming fear and depression, to motivating others to make positive changes they never thought possible.
