Julia currently heads up the whole performance analysis division there and has a career in sports coaching and analysis that spans over 20 years! Julia started off when the whole landscape was different. Old fashioned camcorders and not a whole load of fancy software. Over the years she has managed countless analysts, and had the pleasure of being involved in numerous Olympic and Commonwealth Games cycles.
