This video was a special one for me as Andy was the person that first introduced me to sports analysis around 15 years ago! Andy started off as an analyst himself but them found himself moving into the world of recruitment around 6 years ago. He has headed up the recruitment department at QPR for the last 3 ears or so having been at the club for almost 15 years! Andy has a wealth of experience, has spent time working abroad and is open to share some inner workings of QPRs recruitment set up. He describes his close working relationship with Director of Football, Les Ferdinand, offers an insight into the world of deadline day, and also shares some great advice.
