Substitution Coach (Football) - Sammy Lander - #21

Sammy Lander joined me for this weeks video and I really enjoyed this conversation. Sammy is a niche coach that specialises in substitutions and currently works as a consultant for a number of professional clubs. His first big opportunity came at AFC Wimbledon after reaching out the the (then) set piece coach, Andy Parslow (since moved onto Swansea who has also featured on this channel). Sammy has a great energy and talks us through what a substitution coach actually does and tells us why every club would benefit from utilising one and focussing more energy in that area.
