Dave has held many positions at various football clubs including Norwich, Colchester, Birmingham, Derby, and most recently, Millwall. Dave's career has seen him work with a wide range of players, coaches and other practitioners, and his longevity has a lot to do with his ability to keep up with trends and stay ahead of the game in such an evolving industry.
