Creating family faith traditions with Danielle Hitchen

Most of us probably don’t think about church history in our everyday lives, but there is a lot that we can learn about our faith from studying church history and it doesn’t need to be boring! Our guest today, Danielle Hitchen, wrote a book called Sacred Seasons that is part theology, part church history, and part practical spirituality. In it Danielle provides an easy-to-use guide to observing the liturgical year complete with fun activities, delicious recipes, and meaningful liturgies.Today we talk about the church calendar and the history behind many of the holidays that we celebrate as Christians today.
