In this episode Tai shares the initial challenges she faced managing money in the early days of her marriage including working with her husband to pay off over $30,000 of debt in their first year of marriage. We talked about how financial roles can change in a marriage, setting goals as a couple, managing disagreements about money etc and Tai shares some key advice on how to be successful doing all of these things together with your significant other - the key ingredient? Communication. We talked about the guilt women feel taking the back step in their marriages or as stay at home moms and why it’s important to understand the value of all you do as a wife and as a mother as well as the value of what you contribute to your family.
