Having started his career as an ArmyOfficer, Hain then moved into the corporate world. After roles in Management Consulting and Communications Technology, he then joined a Negotiation Consultancy prior to his current role leading a SAAS startup in the Sustainability space. He was drawn to Sustainability after spending time evaluating the impact of enterprise level Supply Chains across multiple geographies. Through his experiences he knows first-hand the challenges of cross-cultural alignment around global initiatives.
