This 10 year-old Sulcata was attacked by a dog and needs care, but has pulled back tightly into his shell making treatment difficult. He has published numerous articles in scientific and veterinary journals, national magazines, and, is the author/editor and co-editor of three textbooks on Reptile Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Mader’s latest project is his new book “The Vet at Noah’s Ark - Stories of Survival from an Inner-city Animal Hospital.”
