Upon graduation, she completed an internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at Oradell Animal Hospital in NJ. She then joined Absecon Veterinary Hospital, a large general practice in NJ, before joining the Purina family in 2013. Lauren currently resides in Linwood, NJ serving as a veterinary communications manager for Nestlé Purina Petcare. Spreading passion for advanced nutrition, she supports veterinary teaching hospitals throughout the country and provides technical support for Purina’s sales consultants. She continues to practice as a relief veterinarian in South Jersey. In addition to nutrition, Lauren has a key interest in small animal surgery. Lauren spends all of her free time with her twin boys Zachary and Felix, and her daughter, Greta. Lauren also enjoys being outdoors mountain biking, surfing, cycling and snowboarding with her children and her husband, Michael. She loves spoiling her lab, Dottie Lou, and her two cats, Cecilia and Daniella. She has a passion for sustainability and helping others to make “green” choices. Dr. Pagliughi went tandem sky diving 3 times when she was 19 years old in hopes to become certified - that did not happen! She has a passion for high intensity sports, like Mountain Biking and Snowboarding. She has a dream of moving to Costa Rica one day.
