Two Forms of Helpful Meditation That I Use

Feeling scattered or disconnected from your physical essence? Then perhaps you need to try some meditation. In this episode, I bring you through two forms of meditation that I use as part of my own spiritual practice. They are especially helpful for moments when you are feeling overwhelmed or when you need to rekindle your connection to the energy of your physical body. The first meditation helps me collect my thoughts and energy into the cocoon of my own body physical and then ground that energy into Mama Earth, so as to anchor my soul more into the present moment. The second meditation - called Vipassana, Insight, or Awareness Meditation - is a great tool to enhance, strengthen, and support empathic abilities.
