Mike Tomlin shares George Pickens update, not optimistic he plays in Philly

Mike Tomlin said they want to be cautious and there's only an outside chance Pickens will play. We all believe Pickens won't play. Tomlin said this is not a big picture element. Soft tissue injuries are an issue as well and Tomlin thinks it's only business procedure to deal with it.
