Pirates reporter Andrew Destin joins from Bradenton at spring training

The big question around the Pirates is "did they do enough to be better this season" and on the outside looking in for Andrew, no they didn't. Andrew thinks Skenes is confident in the pitching staff to be elite and guide the team to winning.
