Joe Starkey can't believe the Steelers wouldn't let Russell Wilson make changes at the line of scrimmage. Austin thinks it's strange because they wouldn't let Kenny Pickett or Justin Fields audible and going to Wilson for his veteran presence and experience was for this purpose.
