The Steelers have had three coaches since 1969 and the Eagles three coaches in 10 years. The Eagles, though, have gone to and won a Super Bowl in the last 10 years and the Steelers haven't won a playoff game since 2016. The Eagles are always eager to fire coaches, while the Steelers maintain their stability.
