#033 In this segment of the Lessons from Trauma series, I share how my eyes were opened to the dangerous misconceptions about sexual assault that most people believe. Including how those misconceptions hurt victims and help protect perpetrators. I truly believe that if people around the world would take just 30 minutes to identify the misconceptions and learn the truth, that it would bring about be a world-altering and desperately needed change in the fight against sexual trauma and in supporting survivors.
