People pleasing drowns out your own inner voice and causes you to question yourself, become indecisive and have low self esteem.  It's a gift. Listen to it. I'm learning to trust my intuition again and it's taking time.  Your gut doesn't lie.  I keep looking for permission from other people, but I know the truth all along.  Here are some simple ways to learn to trust your intuition and trust yourself.  Follow your gut. Trust yourself.
