Episode 00: What is the CS Mentor?

Last month, I started helping out people who wanted to transition into Customer Success. Some of my mentees were in a similar field but there were a few who had no idea about Customer Success.  When I tried pointing them to the right content, I realize that it doesn't exist. That's when I thought of starting my own Podcast to bridge this gap.
