The Current - A podcast by Nadia Last

Human Design Reflectors make up only 1% of the population. Reflectors are designed to be at the center of our organizations and communities letting us know how things are going as they are uniquely attuned to the health and wellbeing of the whole.  MG's and Generators create, build, and do. Manifestors initiate. Projectors deeply see individuals and systems. Reflectors are connected to it all. They have the unique ability through their 9 open centers to connect to everything, everywhere, all at once. The key for Reflectors is to remain objective and unidentified from the energy they are continuously picking up—and this can be difficult! On this episode, Sam and I interview Becca (@hdundefined) and Jules (@msjulianajames) who are two Reflectors in business partnership together. They share grounded and differentiated takes based on their lived experiences as Reflectors several years into their individual experiments. Together we cover: Becca and Jules each describe how Reflector energy feels for them How to identify Reflector disappointment What Reflector surprise feels like Specific ways to work with waiting a full lunar cycle before making big decisions How to lean on "sounding board" authority for all the decisions in between Recognizing and trusting when environments and relationships no longer feel good Myth busting: despite having only open centers, Reflectors can do a lot! Becca and Jules discuss their energy management throughout the day as entrepreneurs Reflector love bomb: what Becca and Jules love most about being Reflectors How to support the Reflectors in your life Learn more about Becca and Jules' work here. --- Interested in diving deep into all the nuances of Human Design?
