Dr. McGue has authored or co-authored and published over 375 articles in academic journals. His h-index according to Google Scholar is 103. Dr. McGue participated in one of the greatest scientific endeavors of all time, the MISTRA (Minnesota Study on Twins Reared Apart), alongside big names of this type of research, like Thomas Bouchard, Nancy Segal, Auke Tellegen and David Lykken.
