He’s an Associate Professor of Classics, Fellow in Leadership Studies and Greater Washington Outreach at Harvard's Center for Hellenic Studies. He’s been involved in the development of hybrid-online education programs on Classicism. And he also wrote the 2012 book, Loving Humanity, Learning, and Being Honored: The Foundations of Leadership in Xenophon’s Education of Cyrus; and has several essays on Leadership published on his Medium account.
