In this conversation, Bethaney interviews the current president of Intervarsity Christan Fellowship, Tom Lin. Tom has many years experience as an executive level leader in organizations. He is currently on the board of Fuller Theological Seminary and has served on the boards of many other influential organizations. He is an author and contributor to many publications, and he has spent his life in service to a purpose much bigger than himself. In this conversation, we talk about diversity strategy for large, national organizations. We talk about leadership capacity in the midst of difficult times.
