The Doctor Is In Podcast - A podcast by Dr. A.W. Martin and Dr. A.P. Martin

When you regularly don’t get enough sleep, you’re increasing your risk of getting Alzheimer’s. That’s what researchers out of Edinburgh, Scotland learned after following 8,000 participants for 25 years. He shares tips on making sure you’re getting between 6 and 8 hours of sleep regularly.
