Rowan Sanderson chats with Helle Espensen, a world-acclaimed certified BodyTalker and nonverbal communicator. She explains how this area of expertise allows her to communicate directly with animals and help them to heal, among other things. BodyTalk, as the name suggests, is communication with the body—whether those of animals or humans. The practice does not look for problems, but instead asks the body for its priorities. It goes straight to the cause of the symptoms instead of trying to address only the symptoms. It requires listening to the body to unearth the specific origin of issues. Some are physiological, neurological, environmental, or even epigenetic. BodyTalk aims to discover the potential mix of these factors that are contributing to the symptoms in question, which finally allows the client to seek the best solution to the problem.
