The Duratus Mind - Gaz Banford

In a role reversal, in this episode Gaz is interviewed by Martin Yelling who is the co-host of 'Marathon Talk', the UK's most listened to running podcast.  Martin is a former athlete himself representing England and Great Britain at a number of running and dual sport disciplines on the European and world stage.  He has also competed at the big one, the Kona Ironman World Championships.  He is married to the Olympic marathoner and Commonwealth medalist, Liz Yelling - so between them there's not much they don't know about endurance training, high performance mindset and how to coach people to success in their chosen sporting disciplines.   Martin and Gaz talk combine their thoughts and talk about all things coping with stress, mindset, resilience, why challenge is important and what endurance really means.
