Tobias Guttridge is a South African who volunteered to serve in the UK's Royal Marines then subsequently in UK Special Forces before tragically being shot in the neck on operations.  His injuries meant that he has lost the use of all of his limbs from the neck down and will spend the rest of his life on a ventilator.  Most people's lives within these boundaries would be limited - but not Toby.  Toby has gone on to university to achieve a business degree, has set up his own successful business www.bravery.org.uk which supports underprivileged children and continues to inspire thousands to pursue their own dreams.  Bravery's aim is to inspire individuals to be their best. To encourage them to overcome adversity and pursue their passions.  Whether that's riding a thirty-foot wave, beating their best time or standing up for what they believe in.  His chat with Gaz is exactly that! They talk everything accountability, pursuing the biggest challenges he could find, UKSF selection, dealing with his fears, how his darkest moments are now his strongest allies and how he maintains a zest for life.  Follow Toby on insta @bravery_ukFacebook @Bravery Follow Gaz on Instagram @Duratus_gazFacebook @Dutaus_UKwww.DuratusUK.com
