Practicing mindfulness and being in the moment instead of thinking about the past and the future will really help you calm yourself down in the moment. Think about your entire body and how it all feels and come to an understanding with yourself about how you’re feeling. You are going to be OK just remember emetophobia does not control you, you control it!
