Hannah Gutierrez's attorney requested the court to do a conditional discharge which places her on probation with certain conditions. The prosecution responded that Hannah is eligible for a conditional discharge, however, it should not be granted because other felonies are pending and cites failure to accept responsibility due to what was said in the recorded jail calls. The attorney representing this case is the same attorney representing Lil' Rod. In an unrelated case, the attorney has been referred to the discipline committee for filing cases in federal court to boost media attention.Bryan Kohberger had a fiery hearing.
