Caggie Dunlop(@caggiesworld) joins me in this episode to talk about her creativity, starting her podcast Girl's Guide to the Galaxy and life after a reality show. You may recognise Caggie from Made in Chelsea, but as she reveals in this episode, she always had 'one foot out of the door' and I ask her about not being seduced my the lure of step-and-repeats, showbiz parties and being headline news. 

We also talk about her creativity as a songwriter, poet and filmmaker and her issues with anxiety, how she's used meditation to overcome it and why it was important for her to talk about it on her podcast.
