Welcome to season three of The Employer Brand Shop Talk Podcast! If you are a new listener, thank you so much for joining us and if you are a returning listener, thank you for tuning back in! My name is Natasha Makovora and I’ll be taking over the hosting duties from my colleague Kaitlyn, who is now on maternity leave. In this episode, I’ll share a bit more about myself and what you can expect in season three of The Employer Brand Shop Talk Podcast. My career has taken me on many paths including HR administration, learning and development, talent acquisition, and employee experience. After getting a taste of employer brand work during my stint in talent acquisition, I knew I wanted to be able to focus on this full time. Now, I am an employer brand consultant at The Employer Brand Shop focused on creating thoughtful employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies to help our clients engage with their employees and attract talent.  In this season, we’ll be interviewing even more employer brand pros to learn about their strategies and where they are investing their time and resources. I am looking forward to sharing our ideas, learning from one another, and sharing our ups and downs through this podcast.
