Portugal's 'Emergency' now a 'Calamity' | Good Morning Portugal! celebrates further freedom

Thanks to Safe Communities Portugal for their continued and excellent public safety reference point, bringing us this ahead-of-time change in Portugal's state of play: “Today, making the evaluation of the pandemic, we were able to take the decision to take the step forward to the next stage of deconfinement,” António Costa announced.
