This show is a recap of the best Ambient Music of 2024 - with two exceptions - Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works Volume II - which was reissued in 2024, and Sigur Rós - ÁTTA - released in 2023, but was included as it it fit perfectly with these selections, so I made an exception. It’s been many years since Eno’s Airport music and the genre has gone from strength to quiet strength by artists including Röyksopp, Sigur Rós, Aphex Twin, Moby, Burial, Church Cords, Nala Sinephro and loads more…including the Godfather Brian Eno.
