2023 was a failure at the quarterback position, are the Steelers in a better spot?

Art Rooney said the Steelers are in a better spot now than they were a year ago. Really? It's basically the same team, a few years older, if not worse. They made the playoffs, so it's better in that regard, but what really matters when you don't do anything with it? We felt much more hopeful and optimistic when Kenny Pickett led game-winning drives against Baltimore and the Raiders.
